Inspired by a treasured vintage 1970s skirt, the Rosemary brings the familiar shape of a favorite heirloom into our CandyCorn gingham. The warm, small-scale checks give this edition a countryside feel, with a full silhouette made for pairing with simple blouses, tucked-in knitwear and boots.
Made from 100% cotton, the Rosemary balances a tailored waist with a generous, sweeping skirt. Eight front box pleats are stitched six inches below the waistband, keeping the front smooth through the waist and upper hip before opening into soft fullness.
A partially elastic back waistband adds comfort while preserving the clean front. A contrast button closure at the waist and a metal zipper complete the construction. Wear it with a light blouse on warmer days or a favorite sweater when the weather turns; this is a skirt to keep reaching for beyond a single season.
